The USC Student-Run Clinic was invited to present its model and patient outcomes to Dr. Mary Wakefield, Director of the United States Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and Gerald Clute, former CEO of California Hospital, at the USC+Eisner Family Medicine Center of California Hospital during Primary Care Week 2012.
The Student-Run Clinic Webinar
The clinic was one of three schools selected nationwide by Dr. Mary Wakefield, Director of the United States Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), to present its model to the federal agency during a nationally broadcasted webinar on December 4th, 2012. The recorded webinar can be found by clicking here.
In addition to quality patient care and student education, a significant component of the USC Student-Run Clinic’s mission is to advocate for its framework of interprofessional care and shed light upon its patient outcomes in the academic community.
